As it tends to be wet in the Lakes, it would be helpful to have more pegs to hang up coats. However, the cottage does have some in the kitchen cupboard.

We had a wonderful stay at Lamb Cottage! The location was perfect, tucked away just off the main area of Windermere village. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring the beautiful Southern Lakes. The communication with the owner was excellent, and we appreciated the helpful but simple instructions for the cottage. The nearby bus services and pleasant walk down into Bowness added to the overall convenience of the location. Despite the minor inconvenience of having to park a short walk away from the cottage, the pros of being so close to Windermere town far outweighed this small drawback. We would definitely book Lamb Cottage again and highly recommend it for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

De plus, la chambre était spacieuse, propre et bien insonorisée. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner offrait une bonne liberté quant aux horaires et les installations de l'hôtel étaient tout à fait satisfaisantes.
